Delete your LifeLink account

In the app

1. Open LifeLink and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Delete account and read what will be deleted.
3. Confirm, then sign in with Google once more. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can no longer use the app

Write to us from the email address of your Google account and ask for your LifeLink account to be deleted. We check that the request is really yours, delete the account, and reply to confirm — usually within 7 days.

What happens

• Deleted: your name, blood type, district, location, push token, and the phone numbers on requests you posted. Your name is removed from the public board.
• Closed: requests you posted that are still waiting or open. If you had accepted an open request, that acceptance is withdrawn.
• Kept without your name: the fact that a request was made, answered or a donation was confirmed — so hospitals' statistics stay correct. Nothing kept can be traced back to you.
